A little about me
My name is Beau Merman. I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand but currently living in Denver, Colorado with my husband and beloved dog and cat. I have many interests (as my husband said) that includes health, outdoors activities, painting, photography, animals and last but not least Food! My passion for food and cooking is always known among close friends. Since we become Vegan, we felt a lot better physically and spiritually. Our energy level increase, my digestive system improved, my husband’s IBS like symptoms started to vanish, not to mentions the lower grocery bills. But most important thing that made us choose Vegan path is for ethical reason, for animals and for better health. We can finally make peace within ourselves and live by our values. We can say to our pets now that we love them as well as their fellow animals and we don’t eat them. I want to be an advocate for animals and show how easy it is to cook and live cruelty-free. This is how this blog begins, to share what I have learnt, experienced and definitely some <3.
Thank you for visiting and hope you enjoy my recipes.
